Reserve your Oki Home with a refundable $59 payment. You can cancel your reservation and request a full refund at any time.

Your reservation

Your reservation is with Oki Applications Inc. The $59 USD payment per Oki Home reserves a place in the first batch and secures launch pricing. It is credited toward your final purchase price; it is not payment for the complete device.

Your Memchip selection is a preference that you can change before the final purchase. Larger capacities cost more. We will confirm your configuration, delivery details, final price, any applicable tax and shipping costs, and remaining balance before asking you to complete that purchase.

Cancel and request a refund at any time

Email founders@okiapplications.com with the email address used at checkout and your reservation reference or Stripe receipt. You may cancel your reservation at any time upon request and receive a full refund of your reservation payment.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider determines when it appears in your account.

Delivery and the final purchase

Shipping dates are estimates, and specifications may change with notice. You retain the right to cancel your reservation and request a refund if plans change or delivery is delayed.

We do not automatically charge the remaining balance. You will receive an invitation to complete a separate purchase after we confirm the details with you. These terms cover the reservation payment; the final hardware purchase will have its own purchase terms.

Payments, privacy, and support

Stripe securely processes your payment. Oki does not receive or store your card details. We keep the contact, configuration, payment, and refund information needed to manage your reservation. See our Privacy Policy.
