Oki Home explained

How Oki Home
works.

A memory computer has three jobs: hold your digital life, understand it, and act on it. Here is the hardware and software inside Oki Home that does each one.

1. Your context comes home.

Oki Home gathers your documents, photos, trips, events, and messages from the devices and apps you choose to connect. Uploads happen automatically through apps and integrations, so the collection stays current without you moving files by hand.

Everything lands on one timeline, automatically organized, and is stored on a removable Oki Memchip inside the machine.

2. The model runs here.

A 27-billion-parameter local model runs 24/7 on an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti with GDDR7 memory. Alongside it sit the processor and memory for everything running next to the model, M.2 NVMe solid-state storage, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi 7.

The enclosure is 100% bead-blasted aluminum with a satin-finish heatsink, designed to run quietly at home around the clock. Because the model runs on the device, your questions and your data never leave your home and there is no cloud subscription. Why local AI explains the trade-offs.

3. Oki reads, connects, and prepares.

Personal intelligence depends on paying attention. Oki reads new material, connects it with what came before, and notices what needs your attention. In the background it prepares summaries and anticipated answers, ready when you come to it.

Ask in your own words and Oki finds the moments, documents, and details you need by who, where, or when, even if you have forgotten the name.

4. Desk, Shelf, and action.

Oki Desk is a shared field of view for you and Oki. The materials you gather, how you arrange them, and what you keep close stay in place across conversations. Shelf holds saved context across your devices.

From there Oki can browse websites, compare options, and work through multi-step tasks using your notes, files, and conversations, leaving a record of what it has done so you can review, change, and carry it forward.

5. Reach it from anywhere.

Your files stay in one place: at home. Oki gives your signed-in devices a secure path to connect, so your workspace is within reach on Mac, iOS, and the web. Remote access needs an internet connection, and Oki Home needs to stay powered on at home.

6. Updates and customization, your call.

New features and AI model improvements arrive through over-the-air updates to the software, operating system, and models. Every update installs only with your approval.

Oki Home also includes a Linux environment for building custom apps and running your own AI models. You can shape Oki itself with workflows, custom instructions, plug-ins, and functions.

The first batch ships mid-December 2026, starting in the United States, at $1,799 with a 2 TB Memchip included. Reserve for $59, refundable at any time. Questions? See the Q&A.
